Literature searching - finding textbooks and papers from the date of patent filing to establish what was 'common general knowledge' at the time.

• Support the development of strategies to defend or destroy a patent at any stage in the filing process, from filing/ review at the EPO to final challenges in the High Court.
• Find literature and evidence to support prior art objections/ lack of inventive step, analyse scientific papers and patents and summarise the relevant issues and information to present to your team.
